The Reservation was made 3 months in advance for the celebration of the 30th anniversary weddings with our children. Unfortunately the company canceled on the eve. After our disagreement with the cancellation, the company offered accommodation at a different date and time than planned and incompatible with our travel schedule with other reservations.

Dear Patricia,
As we discussed by email, we understand the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation.
Unfortunately, the yacht encountered a significant mechanical issue that could not have been foreseen, and our priority is always the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
Our team worked tirelessly to find a suitable alternative, dedicating our time to coordinate with another operator to create availability that same day. Despite no financial benefit to ourselves and for the good of making things right, we made every effort to reaccommodate you.
Additionally, we offered a significant discount to move the charter to the following day with ourselves, to which you agreed to, to allow us time to repair the mechanical issue as it was impossible to have an engineer call out immediately in the high season.
However, we understand this did not align with your travel plans and you made alternate arrangements, and we issued a full refund promptly.
We feel a 1 star review is an unfair summary when we did work with every effort. W know you are disappointed as are we, and I would like to ask that you take time to reflect upon whether this situation does deserve a 1 star review, when our team worked to a 5 star standard and extremely hard to move the schedules for you, and you decided not to go ahead.
We genuinely wish you the best and apologise for the inconvenience. We strive to provide the best possible service and hope you consider giving us another chance in the future.

Absolutely perfect! Thanks to Niamh and his crewmate for a wonderful family afternoon aboard the Pershing 40! Very professional, helpful and discreet at the same time. Bathing accessories are on loan and a platter of cold cuts/cheese/snack is offered. We all enjoyed, as did our little dog! Go ahead with your eyes closed!

We were a party of six, including four kids aged 18-25.
To be picked up in St Tropez harbour was quite special and Steve was flexible and generous with timings given the traffic in the harbour that day.
Both Steve and Glen were great hosts, making themselves discretely absent when moored so that you felt you had the boat to yourself, but were still on hand for the all important food , drink and the sea scooters of course.
It was a memorable day out and a highlight of our family holiday on the Côte d’Azur…would happily do it again…

We really enjoyed the yacht experience! Mark & Niamh made sure that all of our needs were met, they were very caring and accommodating on board. We had originally booked for the Pershing 45 however due to unforeseen circumstances it was unavailable on the day of the booking however they offered us the Pershing 40 at a reduced cost.
The views were amazing and we were able to enjoy the water although it was quite a windy day. I would definitely recommend this excursion!

This boat day was the highlight of our trip! Steve was awesome, his boat is even better than it looks in photos. He went above and beyond and prepared us a fantastic charcuterie plate. I would 100% do this again.

Steve and Niamh, with a little help from Oscar, were the perfect hosts! The yacht was clean and comfortable, with enough of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. They went out of their way to make the Birthday Boy's day memorable, even dropping us off at our ultimate destination on Pampelonne beach for a lunch reservation. We had an amazing time and would recommend it to anybody. It was definitely worth the money, the communication was excellent, and the service was outstanding.

We had an amazing time with our colleagues on the private Yacht from Riviera Yacht charter. Great communication before and while the event, excellent places to swim and relax, cool drinks and snacks. We would always book this trip again.

We were in St Tropez for 2 weeks and we had half day excursions with Steve and Niamh in each week. Both trips were wonderful with excellent hospitality, safety and local knowledge of the best swimming spots. Steve and Niamh were first class hosts!

We had a truly wonderful time with Niamh and Steve on their boat. We booked the half day experience as part of our son’s birthday and it was brilliant. Niamh went the extra mile and bought a cake for him which was so kind. Steve took us to some fabulous swimming spots. We wish we were staying longer so that we could join another trip. Thanks Niamh and Steve for a wonderful experience. We’ll come back!

If my wife and I want to rent the excursion by ourselves, will the price still be approximately $1100? And what is the fee for the fuel surcharge? We plan to be in Nice early May. Thank you for your time.
