Very bad experience, we drove for 5 mins then the driver ran out of gas. We waited for an hour for someone to come to fill up gas.
The van smelled terribly and overall it was the worst experience. The next day, I booked with Viator for safari and wow it was an amazing service, spacious van clean and the attention to detail was meticulous.

Arnaque !! Pire visite à fuir. Attention on vous rembourse même pas … les lieux à visiter ne sont pas respectés. Durée totale de la visite 2heures

The driver never showed up. After I called the tour operator, they offered a refund or to change the date, but the PCR test taken was valid only for that date! They did not care about that and did not offer any refund. Also Tripadvisor did not offer any compensation.

That’s what you get for booking a tour with Tripadvisor, not reliable tour operators and no better cancellation policy than that already offered by the tour operator! Why shall I trust again Tripadvisor?

Abu Dhabi Day tour

This was a great way to experience Abu Dhabi. My husband and i had a wonderful driver that was attentive to taking us to sites of interest to us. He was punctual, attentive, and very helpful in the planning of our city tour of Abu Dhabi

Very nice city tour

We enjoyed our city tour and gathered a new experience of the life in the UAE. The day was long but well worth it.

Abdul, an amazing guide!

It was an incredible experience, our guide Abdul was perfect, drive us in a super comfortable car and gave total assistance to my mother, 75 years old. Every time we stopped somewhere he said one of the best things for those who like to travel: "take your time! ". The golden lock on our tour was that he indicated to visit the mosque at sunset, the photos were amazing !
Don´t forget to save at least 2 hours at Louvre!

Nice deal.

When you are in Abu Dhabi with family it's a great deal to go for it. Price seems little high but everything is included in the package. We loved it.

Abu Dhabi City Tour

Guide had family who must have wanted to see the Grand Mosque and then be dropped at Ferrari world. So that was the order of our tour and we went back to Ferrari World to collect them before returning to Dubai. We seemed to drive around in circles.The guide never spoke to us (in English) until the others left the vehicle-nearly 3hours. He carried out a conversation with the others the entire time they were in the car. After spending 8 hours on this tour, we know absolutely nothing further about Abu Dhabi. Interesting point- we were taken to Islamic Museum where every item had a price tag on it! So disappointing as this was a trip I chose to celebrate my 60th birthday.

A interesting sightseeing tour to Abu Dhabi with a bad start

We booked the day tour for visiting Abu Dhabi from Dubai. I made the investigation, booking and payment some weeks before from Switzerland. Over all I had a good impression with the dedication to my questions. This day tour has in comparison to others a good price.

Pickup time at our hotel was between 8:45 and 9:15. As Swiss people we were of course at the lobby at 8:44. This is our fault. But then we had to wait, and to wait, and to wait. Pickup time was then close to 10 o'clock! We were very angry. On main reason was that we didn't hear something from the company about the delay. We had the help of the hotel desk to call the driver. And every answer was just 10 more minutes to wait. Of course the tour guide said sorry for the delay but his explanation was not clear and satisfying. Okay this was the bad part of the tour and is the reason for just 3 points.

The tour itself was really okay. The tour guide had many good explanations to the UAE and to the objects we saw on the tour. Due to the late start we didn't miss anything, because we were back two hours later than described in the program. I really recommend the tour to have a good impression about Abu Dhabi in one day.

I hope this review will give the management of My Tours UAE the necessary dedication to respect the promised time itinerary. It's really very uncomfortable to wait in the hotel lobby in a foreign country and not to know if your booking for the trip will work.
