This was an amazing fun Zip Line experience and well staffed with some very knowledgeable and fun gentlemen. They really know what they are doing in terms of safety. We had a great experience. Also after the zip line was a nice trip to the Maleku Villa to meet some of the indigenous tribe of the Maleku. Very nice it was to experience.

Fantastic, but this is their "Xtreme" Route

I missed the part that this is the "Xtreme 7" zip line, as I signed us and our 87 year old mother to do it! Once on the tractor tram to ride up the mountain, I noticed others had a blue band for the slower, 12-line ride. After a bit of panic and confirmation it was too late to switch, guide Marco assured us he would tandem with Mom. She was overwhelmed with the 54meter tower to start, and the walk between zip line #1 and #2 is on steep stone steps with no rails etc and a small hanging bridge. But after that, it was much easier and she ended up loving the whole experience. It would have been a disaster without her going with a guide--most of us applied the break too much in beginning and had to self-pull ourselves on the line. There were kids along too--they of course were upset they had to go w/ a guide, but honestly this is all about weight and they Get a much better experience riding fast with a guide then getting stuck stopped in middle of it.

Absolut professionell. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Man kann vor oder nach der Aktivität noch den Arenal-Wasserfall (mit einem Shuttle des Anbieters) und den Schmetterlingsgarten besuchen. Der Eintritt ist bereits inklusive. Da spart man ordentlich. Die Ziplines sind spektakulär und absolut toll. Das Personal ist super.

AMA extreme zip line

Amazing! The views alone make it worth it… we could have gone on for hours. The guides were incredible and friendly, making my nerves about heights out at ease. When we got to the entrance, we were shown a sloth in his natural habitat.. up close!!! We had been looking for the last 3 days.

We also took a ride and hiked down to the waterfalls. It was AWESOME! Totally worth the walk down. We highly recommend this tour and recommend all the tour guides!

Adrenaline fuelled with a caring side

We went to this zip line after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, the minibus arrived for us at our hotel spot on time.
We were quickly whisked up to the companies site and checked in.
Remember if you want to book photos you need to do this before you ride.
Then we went for a briefing, this was concise and yet based on safety.
Then we were transported in a trailer attached to the back of the tractor up the hill, about 20 mins.
We climbed up a pylon to the first zip wire. It was rather high and my wife freaked out a little. Jose one our guides reassured her and said she could wait till last and then ride tandem with him. This was really helpful and started to build up her confidence. She rode the first 3 with the guides after which time she was brave enough to ride solo.
All in all found this to be a well run organisation and very helpful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Great Experience and Phenomenal Stff

This was a phenomenal experience made even better by the patience and kindness of the employees. The staff know what they are doing, the lines are long and through/over beautiful settings, and safety was never in doubt. My son experienced some anxiety and everyone was wonderful about supporting him. I highly recommend this experience and company.

Great Zip, very poor transport.

The experience was wonderful and the staff was exceptional. The low rating is for the paid transportation through them. We were picked up 45 minutes late, and getting on a return transport was at best, disorganized. Take your own arranged ride.

This was a great adventure. It is really hard to capture the essence of this experience, either on video or in words. The jungle is amazing, and touring it in this way is breathtaking. I was daunted at first because the lines were so much higher and faster than I expected. But our guides were so good at giving instructions, calming, and keeping the group moving— all with a sense of humor and attention to safety. It truly was an incredible, beautiful experience. Highly recommend.
