Bad customer service
My flight changed. I called the number for the limo company. They told me they changed my reservation. When I landed, there was no limo and they told me I never called. But I did! I celebrating my bachelorette and needed a limo. We ended up having big to take multiple taxis and had to cancel items on the itinerary! I was still charged! I need a full refund!

Our driver was amazing, waited patiently even after extensive flight delays and provided a smooth transfer.

Wonderful service

Flew in with my husband into JFK and headed to Manhattan in a stretch limousine for our anniversary. The driver messaged us and directed us to a specific pick up area and helped us with our luggage, he was super helpful! The limo was very fancy inside with the lights and the driver let us play our own music and gave us water. Aleem was amazing! He gave us trips to getting around the city and the popular sights. Will definitely be booking this service for our return! Highly recommend, great service.

Bachelorette Celebration!

The driver was on time and waiting for us at the airport. Very professional and hospitable greeted us at JFK. He was very kind and attentive to every detail. Help us with our luggage. The limo was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we had a welcome card and congratulations from the A&H limo company. The whole journey was pleasant and the driver was always at our disposal. My friends and I we are so happy for this experience. Excellent service. Definitely I recommend it.

WAARDELOOS met vertraging vlucht...geld kwijt 😡

Onze vlucht van 20 juli 2022 werd op het laatste moment geannuleerd. Dit was een vlucht vanuit Amsterdam naar New York via Frankfurt. Uiteindelijk hadden een vlucht via Detroit naar New York. We kwamen dus daardoor later aan op JFK airport en konden niet op tijd zijn voor onze limo (verjaardagscadeau voor mijn zoon). In Nederland had ik dit doorgegeven dat we het niet gingen halen. Ik had daarop geen reactie gekregen. Eenmaal terug in Nederland terug heb ik een aantal mails naar A&H LIMO CORP verstuurd en ook hier geen reactie. Waardeloze en een onprofessionele manier van afspraken maken. Enfin 300 Euro kwijt een grote teleurstelling dit.

Toptransfer!!! ❤
We vonden deze optie op newyork.nl. Hoe gaaf zou dat zijn? De kinderen verrassen doordat er op het vliegveld een echte limousine zou staan???

Het is gelukt! Zij (en wij) vonden het fantastisch! Het is helemaal over de top natuurlijk, maar dat pas juist zo leuk bij een trip naar New York!

De chauffeur was hartstikke vriendelijk, de limo voorzien van verlichting en muziek, lekker flesje koud water en heerlijke luxe stoelen om dat laatste stuk van de lange reis te zoeken en genieten naar de opduikende skyline van New York.

Bij aan komst eerst door de douane heen en de koffers halen, kantoor even bellen en 5 minuten later kwam hij op de afgesproken plek (direct voor de luchthaven) ophalen. Na de reis recht voor het hotel afgezet.

We gaan eerst nog geweldig genieten van deze fantastische stad maar als we teruggaan dan weten we in iedergeval dat dat weer een tipervaring wordt!

Excellent!
We used A&H for airport transfers to and from Manhattan. Tarek was our driver, and he was very friendly, arrived right on time and had great communication. I would definitely recommend this service, and would use them again in the future.
