The service provided to our guests is our main concern and it would certainly appear that there was a shortfall in the high standards that we endeavor to maintain at our Hotel and at all Radisson Hotels. Please be informed that I personally have spoken to the concerned Department Heads and clearly expressed my thoughts in regards to your constructive comments and have taken actions in several areas that you have pointed out. Regarding the inappropriate services provided by some of our colleagues, please be sure that such defects will disappear in a very short time as the hotel already started an intensive training program for all colleagues on the hospitality standards and how to satisfy our valued guests and handle their requirements .. Regarding the lateness in cleaning the room; I assure to you that immediate action had been taken and you will notice the difference on your next visit Please be be sure that our brand main goal is YOUR 100% satisfaction guarantee and we are genuinely care that our dearest guests enjoy our excellent services extended to all of them which certainly reflect our product’s efficiency. Regarding the inappropriate services provided by some of our colleagues in the reception, the mishandling of your invoice and asking you to get cash from ATM machine .... please be sure that such defects will disappear in a very short time as the hotel already started an intensive training program for all colleagues on the hospitality standards and how to satisfy our valued guests and handle their requirements. Regarding the maintenance issues you found in the room; the water fluctuation between cold/hot .., I assure to you that immediate action had been taken and you will notice the difference on your next visit as the hotel is started already a comprehensive renovation plan for all rooms to enhance the room level and to cover such maintenance issues as well. Regarding Housekeeping service; the room cleanliness & sheet changing, I assure to you that immediate action had been taken and you will notice the difference on your next visit. Regarding the stolen glasses, i am asking you to provide me with the room number to be able to open a formal investigation with this case and i assure to you that serious action to be taken with the responsible one. Regarding the price on Booking.Com, we are sorry that you didn't pay attention to the part of the added taxes which is the case with all the Booking.com confirmations. For the business class benefits and the miscommunication happened regarding the drinks, i am very sorry for such situation and assure to you that an intensive training program for all colleagues will be conducted to make sure that all colleagues are able to deliver the right info to our dear guests so such situation to not be repeated again.
