The hotel It’s overpriced. They sell you a luxury suite but in reality it’s very far from it. The food was also overpriced. The first meal we had was tartar and ravioli which was very good, but then we order a $36 sea bass (if you can call it that) because it wasn’t and it was not good at all. We complain a lot of times about the sea bass which we couldn’t eat and still they charge us. We always enjoy our vacations and this was not an exception, the beach and the pool is beautiful. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place here in Panama, for this price you can get much better options.

We stayed at Ciel y Miel for 6 days in January as part of a 10-day vacation to Panama. This resort in about an hour and half from where we stayed in Casco in Old Town, Panama City. We didn't rent a car so we arranged a pick-up with the resort. The driver was really nice, came right to our hotel and drove us to the resort, it was easy and about $150 each way. The resort is beautiful and the room we stayed in was amazing. High ceilings, lot's of windows, beautiful views, and a patio with a lounge chair. It was 80 degrees everyday, so sitting outside lounging is lovely. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort is small and very different from the all-inclusive touristy places we've been to in the past. There are 2 hot tubs and a pool on-site. There is a beach nearby that the resort will drive you to and pick you up when requested. They are currently building a private beach club that should be done in March 2023. The food was wonderful, there is a daily menu for most meals but they will also accommodate if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. The ingredients were fresh and the chef is amazing. We live in San Francisco and love food, we were very happy with the menus, food quality and had no complaints.The service is amazing throughout the entire hotel, the servers in the restaurant are attentive, food is warm, drinks are fast. The entire resort staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a really great time, perfect for couples looking to relax.…

Ein ganz aussergewöhnliches Resort mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Daran hat man sich auch nach über einer Woche Aufenthalt ganz bestimmt nicht satt gesehen. Inmitten der traumhaften Dschungellandschaft von Panama mit einem Drink in der Hand und im Whirlpool sitzend den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben, ist wirklich magisch. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Durch die gelungene Anordnung der einzelnen Cottages und Zimmer entsteht eine hohe Privatsphäre. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer aus einen wunderbaren Blick in die Natur und in der grosszügigen Dusche mit Panoramafenster steht man schon beinahe im Dschungel. Unser Zimmer war riesig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und geschlafen haben wir im Kingssizebett. Sehr überrascht waren wir vom hervorragenden Essen, im zentral in der Anlage gelegenen Restaurant. Der Küchenchef und sein Team sind wirklich stark. Wir haben selten so frischen Fisch gegessen und auch das Brot war selbst gebacken in der eigenen Bäckerei. Verbunden mit dem tollen Service hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns stets sehr willkommen gefühlt, danke nochmals an Alle! Affen, Faultiere, seltene Vögel, Infinitypool, Dampfbad, verschiedene Whirlpools, Massagemöglichkeiten an der frischen Luft und vieles mehr, lassen wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Wenn die Owner da sind, müssen sie sich unbedingt nach der Geschichte des Resorts erkundigen - sehr abendteuerlich mit viel Pioniergeist... Die Preis-Leistung in diesem sehr wertigen Ambiente und dem wirklich tollen Service ist absolut stimmig. Absolut empfehlenswert und mit Sicherheit 5 Sterne wert.…

Everything was perfect! The rooms , the view , the staff are so nice, the chef is really good and they are always happy to help you ,the beach is beautiful , the town is so colorful. Definitely will recommend this hotel

Belle ensemble en hauteur Chambre sur le lieu de vie et la piscine parfait si peu de monde Belle piscine en surplomb Personnel attentif et sympathique Très bonne cuisine Petit-déjeuner un peu lent Plage de l’hôtel en cours d’aménagement mais peu ensoleillée et en saison des pluies inondée donc intérêt limité Activités non présentées à l’accueil et toutes sont payantes donc se renseigner au début pour éviter les mauvaises surprises Pas de propositions de déplacement de courte distance en bateau pour snorklingde proximité Donc plutôt pour s’isoler tranquillement dans les hauteurs avec piscine
