First of all, let me apologize for replying in English and not in your native language, but we do prefer to reply in a language that we do know and master rather than translate it and this way avoiding mistakes.
Thank you so much for your visit and of course for your feedback. Unfortunately we were not able to provide you with a memorable evening, therefore our sincere apologies.
We do care about the feedback of all our guests, wether is positive or less, so we would appreciate if you could send us an email regarding your experience so that we can improve. Also, we would like to ask you and to all guests who visit us, that when anything is not going well, please call our Maître D' Oto, or our RP Afonso, to try settle the situation preventing that has a less good experience.
